This site is a tribute to Mavis who is much loved and will always be remembered by family and friends. In her latter years Mavis suffered with emphysema and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder and it felt appropriate that this tribute page should be set up in her memory in order that those wishing to do so can make donations in her memory to the British Lung Foundation to fund ground-breaking research projects in the hope that one day there may be an end to suffering caused by lung disease.
